Shipping Policy
At Beautiva, we partner with premium logistics providers to ensure your
orders reach you safely and as quickly as possible anywhere in India. Order Processing Time * All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days
(excluding Sundays and public holidays). * You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message once your
order is confirmed, and another notification containing your AWB (Airway
Bill) tracking number once it has been dispatched. Estimated Delivery Times Our standard delivery timelines across India are as follows: * Metro Cities (Tier 1): 2 to 4 Business Days * Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 7 Business Days * North East & Remote Areas: 6 to 9 Business Days Please note that unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather, regional
festivals, or logistical delays may occasionally extend these timelines. Shipping Charges * Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available across most pincodes in India.
A nominal cash-handling fee may be applied to COD orders. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin) If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or the
address is incomplete, our courier partners will attempt delivery up to
3 times. * In the event of a failed delivery attempt, you will receive an
automated WhatsApp/SMS/Call to reschedule. * If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to the customer refusing
the package or providing an invalid address, VR Deals reserves the
