At Beautiva, we strive to deliver the highest quality products. Because 
we operate with a streamlined supply chain to bring you the best prices, 
our return and refund policies are structured to be fair and transparent.

5-Day Return Guarantee(no replacement)
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery only for items 
that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

The Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect against fraudulent claims and ensure swift resolution, 
an unboxing video is strictly required for all return requests. 
*   The video must be uncut and unedited.
*   It must clearly show the original shipping label and the condition 
of the package before opening.
*   If the product is damaged or defective, it must be clearly visible 
in the video.

Non-Returnable Scenarios
Please note that we do not offer returns, or refunds for the following:
*   Buyer's remorse or change of mind after the product has been shipped.
*   Slight color variations (due to screen resolution and lighting).
*   Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & RTO (Return to Origin)
For COD orders, if a customer refuses delivery at their doorstep without 
a valid reason, they may be restricted from placing future COD orders on 
our platform. Shipping charges for returned/refused COD orders are 
non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Request
To request a return, email us at Bautiva339@gmail.com with your Order ID, 
a description of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video within 5 days of delivery.
